Return Process

  Log into your EvoTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
